Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.
My childhood was spent in Simferopol. I remember there was a church next to our house. My mother would often take me there and the priest taught Bible lessons to kids. When I was 16 our family moved to Feodosia (Crimea). After finishing school I went back to Simferopol to study at the Medical University.
Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?
I worked in the X-ray department at the resort place in Feodosia for 30 year. After my husband’s death my kids wanted to study in Kyiv. So in 1990 we moved to Kyiv. My oldest son died at the age of 47.
Tell about your present life.
I have never lived in wealth. I was please with what I had. My youngest son who is now 60 lives close to me. All my life I had a feeling that God is close to simple people. So I remember always going to church.
Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?
I believe in Christ and know that He will never leave me. In 2011 in one church I met Victor Sikorsky who invited me to St. Paul Church. When I came here I enjoyed everything: singing of the choir, preaching by Roger, Diana’s Bible lessons. God has been always supporting me and now He does it through our church’s ministers.
Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.
Christ’s love is in heart of all His children no matter where they are. Therefore we have such powerful support from our American brothers and sisters. I believe their help comes from their hearts. I believe Ukraine will win this war. Christ is my life!
