Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.

My father was a military. My mother was a house-wife. I grew up with two brothers. Unfortunately, all my family died. I was raised in a spirit of honesty and integrity. My mother and grandmother were believers. After finishing school I studied at technical college and later at the university.

Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?

I worked at a big military plant while I was studying. I graduated from the university majoring in book-keeping and worked at a central mall as a book-keeper and a chief cashier. Work conditions were very good. Staff was very friendly. I was appreciated for my good work. I cherish those memories.

Tell about your present life.

I am retired now, have a disability status, but try not to get discouraged. I am thankful to MMK for all the help I receive. It is easier to overcome all your hardships when the Lord is with you. Like all other Ukrainians I live in time of war. It is hard, but I do not give up and believe that Ukraine will win this war. I pray for our victory with all my heart.

Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?

I believe in Christ with my whole heart since my childhood. I thank my grandmother for the gift of faith she passed me. I thank God for keeping me in this difficult time.

Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.

My sponsor needs to know that I pray for her and I am very thankful for her spiritual and material help. On May 17, 2021 I buried my only son (died of cancer) – he helped me with everything. It is my great loss. But this life is given us as a trial: to strengthen us and teach us to be patient. I consider our sponsors to be godly people who take care of the needy. We, pensioners, need help and we are infinitely thankful for what you give us. Isabel, you make my life easier. Let God keep you. Let all the glory be to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen.
