Description

Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.

Our family consisted of 6 people. Life in the village was hard: big piece of land, cow, pigs, chicken, geese. Our family had much work to do. It was hard for me to study because every day I had to walk about 3 miles to get to school.

Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?

I had worked at shoe manufacture for 22 years. I was married – my family was made of 4 people. I had to be responsible for everything. But when I shared my hardships with the Lord it was easier. My job was very hard – I had to attach soles to shoes. According to the plan I had to finish 1,200 pairs of shoes in one month. I had to work to shifts, 5 hours each. When Perestroyka came, I lost my job. I changed various professions: genitor, carrier, worked in sales.

Tell about your present life.

I live. I made it possible for my kids to receive education. They have their families. I help them by baby-sitting their kids. I teach them loving God. After 19 years of marriage my husband left me for another woman. He got upset with our daughter because once she asked him for some money – so now they do not communicate. He stays in touch with our son. I pray for my ex-husband hoping that the time will come and he will get back to his senses. I trust in Christ. Amen.

Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?

Yes! I have been believing in Christ since my childhood. My parents taught me to love Him. I have been living this life with God – it makes life easier.

Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.

I am responsible. Since 2017 I have been a Stephen minister – I have had two HBs: Valentina and Nina. When I visited them we prayed together and had good fellowship. Now they are both in heaven. “This has been written to you that you would know that you have eternal life. Believe and you and your household will be saved.” Nina (#32) is my current HB – I continue my ministry. Food vouchers are greatly helpful to us. When the war started food prices went to much up that I could not believe. Constant shelling. I am afraid when I hear explosions because I live next to the critically important facility. I have many health issues: my vision is worsening, uterine prolapse, pancreas problems, convulsions. But I am greatly inspired to keep on serving so every morning I get up at 5.30 and do my morning exercises and pray for one hour. This is how my day starts with worshipping Christ. Believe in Jesus Christ and you will be saved. Amen.
