Description

Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.

I was born in a simple village family. Since my mother had gone through 5 complicated surgeries, my father and I were to do all the house and fiend work ourselves. I was the oldest child in our family. I was an A student in school and in everything I did.

Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?

I worked at a textile manufacture while I studied in technical college. After graduating from the college I worked as a department head at the factory that produced art items made of glass. I strongly fell the call to work with people that I greatly enjoyed. Once a tragic event took place in our department. There was fire. I managed to rescue all people but got injured myself.

Tell about your present life.

Since 1985 I have a disability status. With help of great friends I could overcome my disease. Later in 2017 I had a stroke which I could overcome as well, praise God. I do my best trying to help others. I have been divorced since 1991.

Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?

In 2016 I came to St. Paul Church. I accepted Jesus as my Lord and Savior. After being recovered from stroke I came back to the church.

Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.

I am greatly thankful to our sponsors for material support at this difficult time. This war has changes our life but only strengthened our unity and faith in victory, hope for better life, for peace in our family and our prospering country. I wish good health to all our sponsors and our church ministers. Let God bless you all with His grace. Blessed heaven of Ukraine is embracing the whole land with Christmas light. Let love, peace, health and goodness fill every family. Sincerely, Lydia.
