Description
Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.
I was born into a full family. I finished school in Irpin. Then I studied at an industrial college and at the Institute of National Economy. I have 2 children and 4 grandchildren. My son is now in the territorial defense, my grandson is a state border patrol officer.
Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?
I worked at an auto-mechanical company as an engineer. Then I went to work at a mechanical company in the HR department as a senior engineer. After that, I was the head of the production department. I retired due to age. I really loved my job and gave it my all. I knew every person who worked under my supervision, their families, and their needs.
Tell about your present life.
I am now retired. I am very ill, but I have help. Others can only dream of the kind of support we have in our church, through the mission, through sponsors. Church members come to me, they call me to find out how I am doing. Another sister from the church brings me printouts of Bible lessons and we discuss topics together. She also tells me about other people in the church with whom I was close.
Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?
The Lord Christ helped me so much when my husband was ill. When I went to the hospital, I did not think about where to get money for medicine. The Lord put the desire to help into the minds of people from church and friends. When my husband died, they helped me a lot with the funeral. I thank the Lord for everything. Everything is in His hands. I have been in the church since 2008. That’s 15 years now.
Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.
I want to tell you about how the Lord acted. When my husband underwent surgery, he fell into a coma. He did not regain consciousness for a month. Then my daughter suggested that he be baptized with water. Because he was not baptized. We invited a priest, he came with a Bible, read God’s Word over him for a long time, and then performed the baptismal ceremony. A few hours later, the Lord took him to Himself. For me, it was a miracle of God and a relief to my heart.
