Description

Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.

During WW II kids studied in school only in cold season, in hot season we worked in collective farms. I finished 8 years of school and then for one year worked in the coal-mine. Then I entered the economics and trade university in Tashkent (Uzbekistan) and started working in tax inspection. In Kyiv I graduated from the University of Economics.

Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?

I worked at the University as a head of the economics department. We had to move to Kyiv because my husband was ill and later decided to stay here. I enjoyed my work conditions because I was making those myself.

Tell about your present life.

I receive pension and have to provide for my daughter. She does not go outside so she cannot collect all the necessary papers to receive a disability status. My grandson has a disability status and does not work. I am very thankful to MMK  and particularly to my American sponsors for helping me take care of my family.

Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?

I believe in Christ. I have been going to church since I was 10 and have always been His follower. I am 91 and it is only due to God I am still alive. I take care for my family. My grandson has very poor vision. My daughter does not go outside. I do not know what I would do without God.

Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.

My sponsor needs to know that I pray for her every evening. Let God heal her and keep her from any trouble and abundant blessings from the Lord. Let God bless my sponsor and the whole America for helping us in such difficult time. I am very thankful to God for everything He does for me, my family and the whole Ukraine.
