Description

Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.

I finished a 10-year school in Borispil. My father died when he was 38 in the result of the explosion in the chemical plant where he worked.

Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?

I worked at a big chemical plant. I love chemistry. My university degree is in chemistry. Even after I retired I still worked at the factory as an operator. In 1991 the Russians destroyed our plant – they destroyed all the machines and the factory was shut down.

Tell about your present life.

I purchased 100 military vouchers and along with money send them to the military organization whose members are fighting  close to Lugansk. I know this organization well -they are hard-workers and patriots. In January, 2023 my son was called to the war, now he is close to Kharkiv. All cell phones of the soldiers were taken from them so we do not stay in touch. I am very proud of my son. Now I help taking care of my great grandchildren.

Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?

I believe in Christ, I know He is. I pray to Him and He helps me, give me strength to keep on moving. Before I did not believe in God. My mother was an atheist. We used to laugh at spiritual matters together – now I regret about it.

Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.

No matter what happens, I know I will be with the Lord. I am proud of knowing the Bible and being able to share its message with others.
