Description
Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.
I had post-war childhood. My father was killed in WW II so our mother had to raise four daughters herself. We were very poor. Our house was made of clay and straw. We, kids, did our best to help our mother. I started school in 1947 during post-war famine. I was a good student.
Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?
I worked as a painter at construction after finishing school. It was very hard work for little pay that was not pleasant at all. But in the Soviet time many people lived like that.
Tell about your present life.
My husband died in 2000. I receive small pension. I get discount from the city for paying for utility bills and St. Paul Church helps me with food and other things.
Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?
Surely I do. I have been a believer since early childhood. Both my mother and my grandmother were believers so they taught me a lot. I try to keep al God’s commandments and wish the good to all people.
Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.
I was the only care taker for my mother in aw and later for my husband. I was in Stephen ministry attending our HB church members by bringing them food packages, supporting them emotionally and sharing church news.
