Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.
My post-war childhood was hard. I remember my friend and I going to the field to look for remaining spikelets. My father did not return from the war. And my mother was disable – we lived together. I finished middle school and went to Kyiv to study at college and then work.
Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?
I worked at a shoe manufacture for 17 years. Work conditions were good, workers were friendly. And then I worked as a guard at the factory.
Tell about your present life.
I have been retired for a long time. I stay at home. Recently I have had an eye surgery. I am afraid of shelling. During air-raid I run to basements or subway.
Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?
The Lord has been with me all my life. He has been leading me through life. He is with me at any time helping to overcome hardships. I joined St. Paul’s Church in 2014, here I learnt more about Christ. He came into my heart.
Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.
Most of all I am afraid of shelling, famine and losing home. I would like to thank my sponsors for their help. I wish them good health and no hardships in life. I pray for them. God is always with us.
