Description

Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.

I was born in the village during WW II. I was a good student and was very happy when I became a pioneer. I bagged my mother to take me to church on Easter. Then in school I had to confessed that I went to church that time – thus I was excluded from Pioneer Organization.

Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?

I worked at a motorcycle factory as a technical engineer. I was raising two kids. It was very difficult, but fun. We had lots of recreation activities: theater, cinema, exhibitions, parades, etc. Thoe were happy years when we were raising our kids.

Tell about your present life.

I am retired. My husband died so I am a widow. I suffer of different health issues. My life is not easy. I broke my hip bone and had a surgery. I have diabetes. My both eyes need to be operated. I broke my right hand and it did not heal well so I cannot knit now.

Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?

I have believed in Christ since my childhood. I suffered in school because of my faith. I baptized my both kids in Orthodox church.

Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.

I joined St. Paul Church in 2014. I always get excited when it is time to go to church. I used to sing in congregational choir praising God. I become rich with spiritual food. My son Yuri was on the front line he was wounded. His hand was operated well, but his eyes suffered really badly – they were operated on once in Dnipro and now he is in Kyiv hospital and his vision I very poor. I am looking forward to celebration our victory in this war when my son will return home to his family. I ask God to heal all our wounded soldiers – those on front lines and in hospitals. Lord, I trust in You and I bag You to protect all our children – help them to overcome the enemy and return home in good health. I hope to live long enough to that time. Jesus, help us with Your prayers. I am thankful for help and material  and emotional support. I give all glory to the Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit. Amen. Thank you for everything. Good-Bye.
