Description

Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.

I was born into a family of ordinary workers. After school, where I received my secondary education, I immediately went to work

Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?

I worked at a shoe factory. The working conditions were normal. But it was hard to be near the conveyor all the time.

Tell about your present life.

Today I am an IDP, I have to rent an apartment in Kyiv. I spend most of my time looking after my grandson, who is three years old. My daughter is working at the meantime. She is a single mother and it is very difficult to raise a child on her own. And to have the status of an IDP. Her ex-husband is now in the occupied territory.

Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?

And I believe in Jesus Christ. He has always been in my heart.

Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.

My husband and I have disabilities. He is currently in Donbas and is unable to leave the area. My mother, who has a disability, raised my brother and me on her own. My father refused to pay child support. Due to our difficult financial situation, my brother and I could not get a higher education and had to go to work. My brother went to a factory, I went to a shoe factory. I got married and had two children. My children, in turn, received a good education and had good jobs. But in 2014, when the war started, everyone had to leave the occupied territory. We left everything there. My son was a combatant and now has a disability. Recently, he was diagnosed with a tumor in his brain. He is still undergoing additional examinations and we have faith that He will give us the strength to get through this difficult time. We believe in God and in victory and that everything will be fine. I also believe that my husband will be able to come to us and the whole family will be together again. I am grateful to so many people who are helping us IDPs
