Description
Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.
I grew up without a father. I graduated from school with honors. I went to a music school and then to a theater institute. We lived near an Orthodox church and often went there. That’s why our family was religious. I was constantly involved in something related to the arts, both on an amateur and professional level.
Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?
IAfter graduating from the acting institute, I started working in the theater. I did a lot of performances, went on tours. Then I went on to study vocals, conducting, and voice acting. I was satisfied with my work because I also sang in Roger McMurrin’s choir. I had the opportunity to go on tours to America. I really enjoyed performing different material, from classical to folk music.
Tell about your present life.
We are at war in our country now, with constant air raids day and night. At night I can wake up from explosions. Everything has also gone up in price in stores.
I had a stroke and covid. It became difficult to walk. All my relatives have left and I live alone now.
Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?
We lived next to the church. So my mother and I have been going there since my childhood. The Lord is my protection and support in life. I came to Holy Trinity Church, which Roger founded, when I was 39 years old. Then I started going to St. Paul’s Church.
Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.
I am very grateful to American Christians for their help. I have a small pension, and this help enables us to survive in these difficult times. I thank God for everything, I pray every day for those who help us in this difficult time. And I ask you to pray for all of us, for the end of this war and for the fastest possible restoration of our lives and our independent state. Glory to Jesus Christ!
