Description
Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.
I had happy childhood. My grandmother was a school teacher. When I was 5 she taught me to read. In 1960 my father found a good job in Kyiv and we moved to Kyiv. I studied in music school (piano) for three years. Then I got problems with my back and had to quit studying music.
Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?
In 1975 I finished College of Culture and became a librarian. I had worked as a librarian till 2016. I loved my job a lot.
Tell about your present life.
Now I am left alone. My father and my brother died long time ago. My husband also died. We had no children. My mother died at the age of 91. She was very nice because her mother was Polish. She worked as a main expert at the Ministry of Agriculture. My pension is about $75 per month because my salary of a librarian was not high: I picked that profession because I liked it.
Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?
I believe in Christ. My father was a non-believer and lived only 46 years. My mother was a believer and lived 91 years old. She always encouraged me to believe. Through I have been a believer for long time, I came to St. Paul Church only 18 months ago. My friend invited me here. I am very happy to be in this church because people here are very nice.

In March 2022 I could not receive my pension because I receive it in the department of the state bank which was close. So I went to a grocery store, bought a small package of coffee, stood there and cried. A cashier saw me crying and asked me what was wrong. I told her my story. She said that the department of the state bank is open in her neighborhood. This is how I received my pension then. There was another case when God helped me to receive my pension. It is important to believe in Christ and to pray both in good times and sad times. I thank Christ for everything I have.
