Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.

I was born in a big family: both parents, two brothers and four sisters. My both brothers were killed in WW II. My childhood was spent during the war and after the war in famine and shortage of basic things. I finished school and studied in Odessa University of Food Industry.

Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?

I worked at the Project Institute in Kyiv as an engineer for 46 years. I was pleased with my job. I took part in designing different facilities in food industry in major Ukrainian cities, in Moldova, Crimea. In 1997 I retired. Unfortunately, my pension is small. I am thankful to our American friends for the help we receive – it is very important to us.

Tell about your present life.

I am retired now. I live with my husband who is 90. Unfortunately, he is sick: high blood pressure, poor vision, arthritis, he can hardly walk. I am very thankful to our American friends for spiritual and material support. My oldest grandson is taking part in the war. I pray to the Lord asking to keep him alive and give Ukraine victory.

Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?

I believe in Christ our Lord for it is impossible to please God with no faith. It was God who brought me to MMK where I could study the Bible. I came to church in 2006 and in 2008 became it member after I accepted Christ.

Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.

In 2001 I was diagnosed with cancer of my right hip. I was operated and treated. Due to faith and help of my family and friends I got well.
