Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.
I grew up in the village. There were 5 children in our family: my four brothers and I. During World War II, my father was drafted into army. He came back home without one arm. My mother worked at the collective farm. After graduating from the village elementary school, I continued my education in the bid city. In 1965, I graduated from Kyiv College of Food Industry.
Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?
After graduating from college, I got a job as a technologist at the confectionery shop. Later I worked as a cable car driver in Kyiv. In 1967, I got married. One year later our son was born.
Tell about your present life.
At present, I live alone. In 2022, my son passed away. My husband died in 1999. I am seriously ill. I had a stroke and a heart attack. My legs hurt. It is difficult for me to move.
Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?
My parents were believers. I have believed in Christ since my childhood. In June 2014, I became a member of St. Paul’s Church.
Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.
God has brought me to St. Paul’s Church where I found both spiritual and material support. I am very grateful to Him for that.
Now I am asking Him to help me endure this enormous loss – the death of my son. I also pray for the war to end soon.
I am grateful to my sponsor for support in these very difficult times.
