Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.
I was born into a family of workers. In 1944, after the liberation of Kyiv, the whole family moved to Kyiv because my father wanted to live in Ukraine. There were three sisters in the family with me. I went to high school and then to a technological school.
Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?
After graduating from college, I worked at a factory as a supervisor. Later she got married and had a daughter. I went to study further. After graduation, I returned to the factory, but this time I worked as an engineer until I retired. I loved and appreciated my job very much.
Tell about your present life.
Ukraine gained its independence and together we began to build a new state. It was not easy, the country was poor. And even then, many people began to turn to God.
Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?
I lived most of my life during the Soviet Union. I lived by the principle: If you have anxiety, go to God. But my time has come. I came to St. Paul’s Church with a friend, and we really liked it.
Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.
I am now happy to go to St. Paul’s Church and participate in Bible studies. Whenever there is time and opportunity. Because we can have problems with electricity or missile attacks. I am delighted with the MMK workers. I also like reading the Bible, I never imagined that this book is so interesting. Although we are going through many difficulties, I am glad to have the church and God by my side.
And yet, 2021 was a difficult year for us. My daughter (61 years old) stopped walking. For a long time they could not make a diagnosis, but then, when they realized the cause, they scheduled an operation. It was very scary, but we prayed and everything went well. My daughter started walking again. We are now paying off the debts for the operation and are grateful for those people who helped us with money.
