Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.

I grew up in my village. I helped my parents with the housework, herded cattle, and looked after my little sister. Having completed a 7-year program at the village school, I continued my education at a district town of Kaniv. I graduated from the Kaniv secondary school with a silver medal.

Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?

After school, I moved to Kyiv and got a job at a textile factory. Simultaneously, I enrolled in a nursing course. After completing this course, I quit the factory and starting working as a nurse at a children’s clinic. I worked there until my retirement.

Tell about your present life

I am a pensioner. My husband died in 2001. In 2003, I underwent cancer surgery. In 2006, I suffered from ischemic stroke and developed uveitis (eye disease). These illnesses contributed to the worsening of my eyesight (0,1 x 0,01). In 2021, I had COVID. COVID-related complication took their toll. My eyesight grew even worse. I 2022, I was forced to undergo the crystalline lens replacement surgery. Unfortunately, It did not help. My eyesight dropped to 0,05 x 0,01.

Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?

I believe in Christ. I know that only the Lord can help me to endure the trials of life.
