Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.
I spent my childhood in the city of Ovruch. My father was a military man, my mother was a housewife. We were two children in the family. Me and my older sister. Unfortunately, she died in 2014. I got a degree in commodity analysis.
Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?
I worked as a salesperson in a department store. I married a military man. We had a daughter, Iryna. My husband was sent to serve in Afghanistan for several years during the military conflict there. Then he was transferred to serve in Bakhmut, Donetsk region. For ten years, my husband had been suffering from vascular dementia. I took care of him all this time. In 2010, he died.
Tell about your present life.
Together with my daughter, we moved to Kyiv and rented a house here. We have nothing left in Bakhmut. Everything was burned and destroyed. I still had hope that we would return. Now I feel anxious and hurt. How are we going to live on? My nephew died near Bakhmut in 2023. I have health problems now. We are waiting for the war to end. We trust only in the Lord Jesus Christ.
Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?
I sincerely believe that the Lord Jesus lives in my heart. That Jesus rose from the dead for my redemption. He is my Lord and Savior who shed His blood for our sins. In April 2024 I was baptized with water and live by faith in the Son of God.
