Tell about your childhood, school, family, etc.
I had to walk for about 1.5 miles to school in the village every day. All the stores and facilities were there. I remember as a child carrying heavy bags, feeding pigs, milking cows, bringing sheep to pasture. There was not enough money in our family. I had to pick mushrooms and berries in woods and then to sell those – for that money our clothes were bought.
Where did you work? Was your work good? Were you happy with your job?
I worked at a chemical plant in three shifts. I often worked on Saturdays. I was not happy with my job – it was hard and harmful. I took my vacation in September to go to my parents to help them pick up potatoes while they were working in collective farms. I also helped them with their work in the farm.
Tell about your present life.
I am retired but have to work as a genitor. I became a widow 25 years ago and had to raise my kids myself so I had to have two jobs.
Have you accepted Christ? How long have you been following the Lord?
I believe in Christ. At the most difficult times of my life I spoke with him and He helped me. Without Him my life would have not be full.
Tell about one thing your sponsor needs to know about you.
I am very thankful to my sponsor for helping me especially at this difficult time – now this help is priceless. I wish my sponsor good health and long-living. Let God bless you and keep you. I wish you all the best!
